A few things clients always want to know before they hand over the keys — the packages, the coating, and how to keep that finish looking wet.

Q.01What is included in a detail — and how do the packages differ?
Every detail starts with a hand wash, wheel and glass work, and a full interior reset. From there it steps up: our Signature Full Detail adds paint decontamination and a gloss enhancement, while Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating are dedicated tiers for cars that need swirls removed or long-term protection locked in. We build the package around your car's condition, not a one-size menu.
Q.02What is ceramic coating, how long does it last, and is it worth it?
A ceramic coating is a liquid nano-glass that chemically bonds to your clear coat, curing into a hard, hydrophobic layer that water sheets off and dirt struggles to grip. A professional-grade coating holds for three to five years with proper care — far longer than any wax. For a car you plan to keep, it is the single best protection dollar you can spend.
Q.03Do you offer mobile service, or do I bring the car to your shop?
Both. We come to your home or office anywhere in the Temecula Valley for washes, interiors, and most full details. Paint correction and ceramic coatings are done in our controlled Temecula studio, where proper lighting and a dust-free bay let us reach a flawless, mirror finish.
Q.04How long does a detail take?
A maintenance wash and wax runs one to two hours, and a Signature Full Detail typically takes three to five. Multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coating are all-day or multi-day jobs — the coating needs time to cure — so we give you an exact window once we have seen the car.
Q.05How do I protect and maintain the finish afterward?
Wash by hand with a pH-neutral soap and the two-bucket method, skip automatic tunnels, and dry with a clean microfiber to keep the gloss swirl-free. Coated cars just need a rinse and gentle wash to stay hydrophobic, and we offer maintenance visits to keep the protection — and the shine — at its best.
